How we picked
We looked for sites with a real passthrough library, not a handful of scenes, and compared library size, headset support and the price on the join page in October 2026. AR Porn and VRPorn.com links are affiliate links; SexLikeReal is listed without one. More on how we review.
Check your headset first
Passthrough scenes depend on your headset's cameras more than on the site:
- Meta Quest 3 and 3S: colour passthrough. This is what the format is made for, and the 3S is the cheapest headset that does it properly. Setup: Quest 3, Quest 3S.
- Apple Vision Pro: colour passthrough with very sharp cameras.
- Samsung Galaxy XR: built for mixed reality, but passthrough playback depends on player support on Android XR. See our Galaxy XR guide.
- Quest 2: black-and-white passthrough. Scenes play, but the effect is mostly lost.
- Steam Frame: monochrome cameras out of the box. See our Steam Frame guide.
- Most PC headsets: no passthrough at all. Pick a regular VR site from our best VR porn sites list.
Which one should you choose?
- You bought a Quest 3 or 3S for mixed reality and want mostly AR: AR Porn, yearly plan.
- You want to try AR but mostly watch regular VR: VRPorn.com, yearly plan. AR is included.
- You want the biggest library with passthrough as a bonus: SexLikeReal and its AI passthrough scenes.
Getting a good picture
Light your room evenly: passthrough looks noticeably better in a bright room. Use a player with passthrough support, and download scenes rather than streaming when you can, since downloads keep the full resolution.
Which headsets have colour passthrough: Quest 3, Quest 3S, Pico 4 Ultra and Apple Vision Pro. Not sure? AR Porn vs VRPorn.com.
Questions
What is AR or passthrough VR porn?
Scenes filmed so the background can be removed. Your headset uses its cameras to show your own room, and places the performer inside it, instead of showing a filmed set.
Which headsets support passthrough porn?
Headsets with colour passthrough: Meta Quest 3 and 3S, and Apple Vision Pro. On a Quest 2 the passthrough is black and white, and the Steam Frame's built-in cameras are also monochrome, so the effect is much weaker.
Is AR porn included in VRPorn.com?
Yes. VRPorn.com lists AR scenes among the features of its Premium membership, and lists AR Porn among its studios.
Do I need a special app?
You need a VR video player that supports passthrough on your headset. Streaming from the site in the headset browser also works on many sites; downloads give the best quality.
