What it is
ComeCloser is about the characters. They are handcrafted, with hair and clothing moved by a physics engine, AI-driven facial and body behaviour, and whole-body interactions. Visual-novel-style stories sit on top, which its developer describes as still being refined.
It is unusual in one useful way: you can play it in VR or on an ordinary monitor. If you own SteamVR trackers, it also supports body tracking.
What you need
- A Windows PC with at least a GeForce GTX 1080 or Radeon RX 580. An RTX 2070 or RX 5700 XT is recommended.
- Optional VR headset: Vive, Index, Rift, or a Quest connected to the PC.
- The game is portable: unzip it and run it, but not from Program Files.
